From leading large organizations at IBM and Symantec that delivered billions in sales, to growing startups like Spredfast and CircleSuite, Jeff has experienced leadership challenges across every stage of business growth.

 

At High Achiever, his coaching spans from individual contributors to CEOs at companies ranging from Series A startups to $150M+ organizations.

He founded High Achiever in 2018 with a mission rooted in the belief that people matter most: to develop leaders at every level who can deliver extraordinary results while building "Great Places to Work."
